 1. Order Processing We start working on your project once the payment is cleared. Within a maximum of 2 business days, we will send the design for your approval.

 2. Lead Time The processing time is usually 3 to 14 business days (depending on the complexity), plus shipping time.

 3. Delivery We ship our orders via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order.

 4. No Returns As each product is personalized and made to order, once the final design is approved, we do not accept cancellations, changes, or refunds.

 5. Colors & Handmade Nature Please remember—it’s handmade! Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting. Every piece is unique.

 6. Secure Packaging & Complaints We pack every order with extreme care (bubble wrap, sturdy boxes). Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

• Important: We are not responsible for courier damages. If your package arrives damaged, please file a damage report with Royal Mail—this is required for any courier claims.

 7. Data Accuracy Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates). Once the design is approved, we are not responsible for typos or mistakes provided in your original text.

 8. Portfolio & Promotion We reserve the right to publish photos of finished orders on our social media for promotional purposes. If you do not agree to this (e.g., it’s a surprise gift), please let us know when ordering. Otherwise, we assume consent to publish.
